Social Eating House & Bar is co-owners Matt and Amy Jefferson's second eating establishment in the food precinct of Broadbeach on Queensland's Gold Coast. Matt is well known for his other signature restaurant, Rock Salt Modern Dining, also at Broadbeach.
It is great and very refreshing to see that the group of 'youngish' staff at Social Eating House & Bar have their mindset firmly planted on the ground. They are dedicated and passionate 'foodies' but at the same time friendly and genuine - owner Matt Jefferson can take a big bow for that.
Some other successful cafe & food establishments on the coast take themselves way too seriously.
