Today's TASTE fotoblog is the Tuna Sashimi from Matt & Amy Jefferson's Social Eating House & Bar, Broadbeach. I was back at Social Eating House to finish my shoot from last week. Head Chef, Daud Kendall suggested that the Tuna Sashimi would be an ideal dish and he was absolutely right, both for the image and our tasting.
